This multiply I use as my portfolio,
I want to show to people the potrait of my journey, so far I still take the Jakarta Picture and I hope that someday I can take a picture outside Jakarta or maybe I can take a picture outside Indonesia I hope.
My interest in photography is a
Human Interest and
Landscape. I prefer not to use a lot of digital processing on my picture, usually I only use digital processing to control sharpness, contrass, and colour tone. And to change colour picture to black and white picture or with
sephia effectFor camera, I prefer canon, now i'm using
Canon 350 D, this is great camera for me, this camera give me and good image quality, and vary good in low light condition because the CMOS sensor that Canon have. Sharpness and noise control work well and have a great colour tone. I read some review for this camera, and many review said this is high recomended for entry DSLR.
And for my lenses I have
Canon Lens 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 EF-S, Canon Lens 90-300mm F4.6-5.6 non USM, Sigma Lens 28-105mm F3.8-5.6 IF Aspherical UC-III, and Tamron Lens 28-200mm F3.8-5.6 Aspherical IF [XR] Macro.
What I like from my Tamron is Tamron give me a sharp result for my picture, and good contrast, it's very good for all around lens. But the minus from this lens are this lens is not suitable to take a picture in low light condition, so I must use high ISO to avoid a vibration or camera shake and the effect from using high ISO the noise on your picture will come out.
From Sigma Lens what I like with this lens give a soft picture it's ideal for take a potrait. but this lens do not give me a good result when I use it in low light condition same like Tamron. Many people said that lens kit for Canon 350 D (18-55mm F3.5-5.6 EF-S) is not a good lens, what I think is not like that, this lens give a good result even in low llight condition, I use this lens many time to take still live picture and give a good BOKEH (the blurr background image for potrait) especially in wide aperture and good DOF (Depth Of Field). and for landscape I use this lens to take night shoot picture, and give a good result toofor me. but the minus from this lens is not as sharp as Tamron Lens, but we can make sharpen with digital processing for example to make sharp from the picture that I take from my Canon Lens (18-55mm F3.5-5.6 EF-S) I'm using
Adobe Photoshop CS 3 to do digital image processing, with this software I can fix my picture and make a great picture.
My Canon 90-300mm F4.6-5.6 non USM work well for me but a little bit soft in 300mm, I used this lens oftenly, before I buy Tamron 28-200mm F3.8-5.6 Aspherical IF [XR] Macro. Canon 90-300mm F4.6-5.6 non USM is not a fast lens but more quite rather than my Tamron.
